For the first one it 4=16
3(4)+4=16
Now I see what you are trying to present - but you are presenting in a way that nobody will understand. I think you trying to show (following #15):
Find which of the following points lie on the line: y = 3*x + 4

[a] (4,0),


For [a] given x = 4

apply this to the given equation, we get,

y = 3*4 + 4 = 16 (NOT 0 as given)

So (4,0) Does not belong to the line.

Now continue with rest of the points.
