sqrt(a^2)= |a|

Thanks, for the reply and giving another perspective, definately helpful :bThis isn't wrong per se, but definitely unnecessary. It's true in all cases that \(\sqrt{a^2} = |a|\) because \(|a| = a, \: \text{for} \: a \ge 0\)
