Oh I messed up sorry
I forgot that their equivalent is their opposite
I forgot that their equivalent is their opposite
Ahh okay notedIt's important to get the CORRESPONDING SIDES together. The sides OX and OY are corresponding because they are both opposite the right angles, so they need to go together in a fraction.
to get their equivalent?Once I've got the order correct ie POX matches up with QOY (matching their angles), then it's just a matter of pulling out letters 1&2, ie PO and QO, and then letters 2&3 ie OX and OY, and then letters 1&3. That's the easiest way.
You MUST have the order correct from the angles, before you do that.thanks for the tip
okay so what am I going to do?Nearly there.
So we have

Now go back to the original question, and note there is no OX and OY involved, so forget about the middle fraction.
yeah
PO x QY = PX x QO Good!!PO AND QY = PX AND QO
Remember the C is meant to be an O. (misprint in the question mentioned in a very early post)that PX · QC = QY·PO
Yes I edited itRemember the C is meant to be an O. (misprint in the question mentioned in a very early post)
Have a look at post #113.
should be PX . QO = QY . POthat PX · QY = QY·PO
