I'm not sure there's enough info here to solve this, but I came up w/ .69. Is that right? Anybody?
How do you figure this out? Please help, my brain is completely fried!!

Here is the question:
Given that event E has a probability of 0.31, the probability of the complement of event E

You are correct. The probabilities of an event and its complement must add up to 1.
