off coarse the problem can be solved:

I can see that you have a pretty good knowledge in electric circuits. I am not an electrical engineer to understand everything you have said, but I have the capability to analyze a lot of DC and AC circuits because I studied them in a rigorous electric circuits course back at the university.

Do you have the solution to the electric circuit in post #1?

I still have difficulty with the understanding 12cos3t
though google somehow decided that my mother tongue is german (so internet searches become a bit more challenging).
