Moral of the story: If you had started with Profit = Sales - Cost you would not have thrown 900=150 +6n + 15n or (150 + 6n) -15n = 900 at us.

900=15n - 150 - 6n grouping like terms
900 + 150 = 15n-6n
1050 = 15n - 6n
1050 = 9n
n= 116
