My first question is: Did you mean for the second equation to be y = ae^(kx)? If so, can you see why those parentheses are important and completely change the equation? Regardless, the question asks you to "Explain how each variable effects a graph if plotted." So, obviously, you began by graphing each equation. What did you notice? Does one perhaps grow faster than the other? Do the equations share any common variables? Please show us all of your work you've done so far (even if you know it's wrong), so that we can see where things are going sideways for you, and provide better hints. Thank you.
