If the second derivative of the function is 0 at x = p (f "(p) = 0), the the function has a point of inflection at x = p.

A. Always false, 100% of the time.

B. Always True, 100% of the time

C. Sometimes true sometime false. It depends on the functions.

A know B, I'm leaning towards C.
