Hi sorry if this doesn't belong here let me know and ile move it.
We were given NaCl concentrations for 7 vials & one we didn't know the concentration of from a 1M stock solution. We added 250uL of each vials solution to 500uL blood (so samples were each 750uL)
Our point was to apply them to blood samples, work out the hematocrit & graph it along with the osmolarities. From there we were told to estimate the osmolarity of vial 9 using the graph points (which I worked out vial 9 to be 0.4500 osmol/L).
However a question is asking "what is the final NaCl in your unknown solution(sample 9). (Moles)
I'm seriously confused how to work this out.
I'm not sure what other info is helpful. The concentrations of MOles per litre & osmolarity (osml/L) of the other vials were S1: 0.05M & 0.093. S2: 0.01M & 0.0186. S3: 0.154M & 0.2864. S4: 0.200M & 0.372. S5: 0.350M & 0.651. S6: 0.450M & 0.837. S7: 0.850M & 1.581
