3. The Square Root Of 3 Times A Certain Number Is Subtracted From The Number And The Result Is 6, Can You Find The Number?

Let number = n: then "Square Root Of 3 Times A Certain Number" = sqrt(3n) ; follow that?
"Subtracted From The Number" means n - sqrt(3n) ; ok?
"The Result Is 6" means n - sqrt(3n) = 6 ; still with me?

You need to solve that for n.
If your son can't do that, then he hasn't been paying attention in class...
and this isn't a classroom...
