Rani, your problem only makes sense if S = thousands of dollars.
If millions then you have 36 = 145.63*t^2 + 3326.56 : so t will be negative...
Please start being more careful!

36000 million = 36 * 10⁹

Now that she defined S to be in million - then

36000 = 145.63 * t² + 3326.56
