I'm guessing Tuna is a person and "rode" means "rope". Some other parts are unclear. I am taking it to be:

Tuna has a piece of rope; he could cut it into equal lengths which are each exactly 18 cm long, 30 cm, or 40 cm long.
What is the shortest length that rope can be?

List the first few lengths you could cut into a whole number of pieces that are each 18 cm long.

Then do the same for 30 cm and 40 cm pieces.

What is the smallest number that is in all three lists? If your lists are not long enough, either make them longer, or think about what you have learned that might help you answer the question without making the whole list.

And if you want more help, show us what you have done, or at least tell us what topics you have learned recently, so we can know what to suggest.

If Tuna cut the rope into one piece that was 18 cm long, one piece that was 20 cm long, and one piece that was 30 cm, the shortest the original rope could have been was 18+ 20+ 30= 68 cm long. "Shortest" is important. The given information does not say that only one piece of each length was cut nor that there were not other pieces of different length.
