Word Problem help

There are 4 people that need to cross a bridge but only 2 can cross at once. There is one flashlight that is needed to to get people across so it must travel back and forth. The first person can cross the bridge in 10 minutes, the second can do it in 5 minutes, third in 2 minutes and the last in 1 minute. When crossing the bridge, the pair must travel at the slowest speed. You need to also count the return time with the flashlight. How can you get everyone across in 17 minutes?

I got that but there is still the issue of sending the flashlight back to get the others across. If you use the fastest, the lowest time we get is 19 minutes.
