There are two problems in the attachment. Which one did you want to solve?

Please show us what you have tried and exactly where you are stuck.

Please follow the rules of posting in this forum, as enunciated at:

Please share your work/thoughts about this problem

My daughter is struggling with both . Thanks
Please show us the struggles!

We want to see what she has learned (this is not really advanced math, though it may be to her!), and where she is stuck with whatever method she is trying.

It really would be good to know if this problem is from arithmetic or algebra. That is why we state this request in the forum's guidelines.

I'll try to start you off.

Let c = # of chickens eggs we start off with
Let d = # of ducks eggs we start off with

Try to translate the two lines below into two mathematical equations.
Alex had an equal number of chicken eggs and duck eggs.
After selling 15 of the ducks eggs, the number of chicken eggs was 4 times the number of the remaining duck eggs

To supplement this, I'll mention that another possible mention, which some students are taught before they learn any algebra, is to draw pictures of ribbons, or bars, representing amounts. So you would draw equal bars for the number of each kind of egg, and then reduce the bar for duck eggs by an amount labeled as 15, and so on.

This is why we want to know what she is learning, as well as to see how well she has carried it out.
