Anyway, if you give everybody the lowest, which seems to be $3, then that's 3*1000 = $3000 !

I have 1000 people in my club and I have $2000 cash that I want to distribute to them but I want to give some $10, some $9 , some $8 some $7 , some $6, some $5, some $4 and some $3. Is it possible that I can do that with $2000. I did not want to give anyone under $3 dollars.
