This is a long-division problem in which letters are substituted for numbers. Solve the problem to determine the number value of each letter; and when the letters have been arranged in order from 0 to 9, they will spell out a word or phrase. I was able to start it out but am stuck beyond that.

A silly error in your post.
You wrote This is a long-division problem in which letters are substituted for numbers.
27 is a number, yet it can't be the value for a letter. Even worse is 256/13 is a number, yet it can't be the value for a letter.
What you meant to write is This is a long-division problem in which letters are substituted for digits
