Hi Ismehellot. Going from line 1 to line 2, there is a sign error when multiplying -7 and -2n.

Otherwise, your steps look good.

Going from line 2 to line 3, the term -19n was copied as -14n.

That never was a -19, though it does look at lot like it!

But the second mistake appears to be in not checking the answer by plugging it into the original equation (at least, before marking it as the answer).
