Actually, I don't think you need to go past 5! to have a units digit of 0...
1! = 1
2! = 2*1 = 2
3! = 3*2*1 = 6
4! = 4*3*2*1 = 24
5! = 5*4*3*2*1 = 120
5! ends in 0, right?
Now, any factorial LARGER than 5! will be SOMETHING * 5!, and that's going to end in 0.
