What are the minimum number of collector machines required to minimize the idle time incurred in the production process given certain constraints ?
CONSTRAINTS:
Number of [Production Machines] producing output = 17
Time taken for a [Production Machine] to produce a SINGLE unit of output = 1.3 h
Distance a [Collector Machine] has to travel to collect the unit of output produced = 33 m
Speed at which the [Collector Machine] can travel = 0.6 m/s
Time it takes for [Collector Machine] to LOAD the unit of output onto itself = 20 s
Time it takes for [Collector Machine] to UNLOAD the unit of output onto itself = 20 s
Charging Time for [Collector Machine] = 4 h
Battery Run Time for [Collector Machine] = 8 h
IDLE TIME incurred is defined as the time spent when a [Collector Machine] has to wait for the unit of output to be ready for collection
and
the time spent when a [Production Unit] has to wait for a [Collector Machine] to collect the unit of output.
