Weird MAth Symbols

For the solution part of the above website, it says that "For each J, the number of integer multiples of j that are at most 25 is..." THen there is this weird symbol with 25/j. What do these half-brackets mean and what are thjey called?

At a guess, I'd say they're indicating the "floor" function.
