Hi,

I cant solve this problem,

We have (-100) and (0) they are the opposite of the other ,
we have to make the equation =0 using + and - , what you + in one side you - in the other side.



Example :



-100 >> I << 0
--------------------------
+50 >> I << -50
-20 >> I << +20
+10 >> I << -10
------------------
=-60 >> I << =-40 <--------------- both of them need to = 0



OR we have two (-50) its the same thing :


- 50 >> I << -50
-----------------------------
+50 >> I << -50
-20 >> I << +20
+10 >> I << -10
------------------
=-10 >> I << =-90 <--------------- both of them need to = 0 ( or close to 0) but not -100

As written, your query and notation are unintelligible (to me, anyway).

Try posting the original problem from its source as presented to you.
 
What are the rules for filling in each column?
Can values be repeated?
Can one choose any set of value(s)?

I do not think it is possible!

If you start with two numbers 'a' and 'b' (sum of numbers equal to 'a + b')

- after all the transformations the sum of the numbers will remain 'a+b' - cannot go to 0.​
 
Is the goal of this exercise to make each column sum to zero, like so ... ? If not, I'm missing the point.

Stupid questions make students believe they “just can’t do math.”

“The equal of the equation” is simply an idiotic phrase, meaning absolutely nothing.

“Everything you add (+) to one side you need to remove (-) to the other side” is so wrong a message to send that it is criminal.
