If the orginal coordinates of verticles are: (-4,-6),(-7,6),(-5,-7),(-5,-5)
If you then Shift: four units upward, six units to the right what would these change to?

Does "verticles" maybe mean "vertices" ("corner points")?

To see how the points would change (if they're meant to be points), plot the points, do the shifts, and note the coordinates of the new points. ;)
