I will give you a start on a couple of the problems.
“Not B” (or “complement B”) in union with C is means everything outside of B (sections 1,4,7,8) plus everything in C (sections 4,5,6,7).
Therefore, (“not B” U C) is sections (1,4,5,6,7,8).
The complement of (“not B” U C) is, therefore, (2,3).
