Line r1 = (9 4 -6) + s (-2 6 10)

line r3 has a direction vector (6 x -30)

If r1 and r3 are parallel find the value of x. Please explain how to do this.

I believe it is as simple as comparing the (-2 6 10) with (6 x -30) in which case x = -18?

Thanks
