I'm probably posting in the wrong forum but.. I need help with a vectors question...

So on my quiz there was this question, given A(7, -3, 5), B(5, 4, -1), and C(-2, 3, 0), determine :

a. vector OB; I got that question right, which is [5, 4, -1]

but part b of the question...

b. vector CB; I wrote [-7, -1, 1] but got the answer wrong... the answer is supposedly my answer but with opposite signs...why? I thought you just take the x point of B and subtract it from the x point of C, and so on with the Y and Z.... but no? isn't that what I did for part a of the question, and got it right. But I did that for part B and got it wrong?... Why is this D; sorry if my english is terrible ... :s

Consider part 1. The vector from the Origin to Point B. (5-0, 4-0, -1-0). Observe the order of subtraction.

Why would the vector from Point C to Point B require exactly the opposite? (5+2, 4-3, -1-0)
