URGENT HELP WITH PROJECT

the objective of this project was to devise a function that would estimate the water flow from the water tank of a small town at any given time. We were also to estimate the total amount of water used by the town in gallons for a period of one day.

Then we have a chart with a whole list of numbers for:
Time in sec
Level in .01 feet
Elapsed time
And
Water level displacement

Please help
