I really need help with this i do not understand how to do this
Solve : What % of 16 is 4?
Step 1: These are the known numbers
% x 16=4
Step 2 Divide both sides of the equation by 16 to get the unkown number on one side of the equation by itself % X 16/16 = 4/16
%= 0.25
( this is what i need help with how are they dividing this what are they dividing it by how are they getting 0.25 percent out of this answer i have tried it and have only got 1/2??? I don't get this)
step 3: to get the solution into a percentage multiply times 100 and add the percent symbol 0.25 x 100 = 25 %
