If this is a serious question then it would not have been framed in terms of degrees.
In modern geometry courses the measure of angles is from \(0\) to \(\pi\).

I think tkhunny was looking for 360 degrees, but 360 - 216.9 = 143.1 degrees. So the answer is -143.1 degrees.
