In equilateral triangle ANB, AM is a median. Use a two-column proof to prove that AC is a median in equilateral triangle AME.

What are your thoughts? What have your tried? How far did you get? Where are you stuck?

Please be complete. Thank you! :D

Seems I'm having a problem with the same question. Here's what I came up with for the answer to the question, I'm sorry to say I just wanted to use one of the proofs as "I have two pairs of eyes" didn't for obvious reasons..

1.) Triangle AEM is equilateral- Given
2.) Angle AMC=AEC- 1.)
3.) AC is the median- 2.)

Hint:

The three medians of an equilateral triangle, bisect the angles of the respective vertices.

and

The angular bisectors of an equilateral triangle, are medians of the triangle.

and

The angles at the vertices of an equilateral triangle are equal to each other, each measuring 60°.
