Hello all, I'm currently enrolled in college trigonometry, and I'm stuck on a few problems that I worked halfway through and can't figure out how to complete them. Thanks for any help that can be offered.

1) Rationalize the denominator and simplify: sinx / 1+√1-cosx

2) Given that x = 2sinθ , express (√16-4x^2) as a trigonometric function of θ without radicals. Assume 0<θ<π /2

sinx / 1+√1-cosx
What this means as written is \(\displaystyle \frac{sinx}{1} +\sqrt{1}-cosx\). I am sure that this is NOT what you meant. You certainly can do better.
In (√16-4x^2) are you taking the sqrt of of the whole expression or just 16?
Please post the correct problems

Please show the "halfway" work you did, so we can see where you are stuck and what help you need to complete them.

Presumably the problems are to rationalize sin(x)/(1 + sqrt(1 - cos(x))), and to express sqrt(16 - 4x^2) as a function of θ.
