The question I have is this TAUTOLOGY? I am very confused when i get to the (W if then NOT U). Am I right? can someone help me out please.

I'm confused by your question. Do you mean is the "if W then NOT U" [W->~U] column correct? If so, the answer is no. That column is not correct.
Thus, what you have filled in for (W->~U)^(U->W) is not totally correct either. You might want to look at

Which part(s) of the table above were you "given", and which part(s) have you filled out yourself? Or were you, say, given the statement "'If W, then not-U' and also 'If U, then W'", and asked to determine the logical truth value, and the instructions said to use a truth table to figure out your answer?
