Trouble finding area of an irregular pentagon using trig functions

Please show what you have tried and where you are stuck.
One possible issue is that the 266.1 length can be calculated from other given data, and is slightly off; it should be 266.0463.
My first idea is to find BE as I just did from ABE, and BD from BCD (both triangles' areas are easy), then use Heron's formula for the area of BDE.
