triple integral, mass/center of mass of solid

Find the mass and center of mass of the solid S bounded by the paraboloid
\(\displaystyle \L\\z=4x^2+4y^2\)

and the plane

\(\displaystyle \L\\z=a (a>0)\)

if S has constant density K.

I know I need to do a triple integral.

Also, I know that it needs to be
rho(x,y,z)

But, I don't know what the intervals need to be.
