2x squared minus x minus 21
over
2 x squared minus 15x plus 28

Post these like this:
(2x^2 - x - 21) / (2x^2 - 15x + 28)

Factor each; 2x^2 - x - 21 = (2x - 7)(x + 3)
Factor denominator, then simplify.
If you can't, you need classroom help.
