Draw a perpendicular from the 40degree to the triangle's base;
this perpendicular is height of triangle;
h = height, b = base; so area = bh / 2
bh / 2 = 40
bh = 80

And the perpendicular gave you 2 identical right triangles 90-20-70.

Can you carry on?
