Please help, I'm very confused. For Problem 1, I tried to label the diagram to make it easier to solve the problem but don't actually know how to solve it. For Problem 2 I drew a diagram similar to the one in problem 1, but don't understand how to solve it either because they're similar.
Problem 1:
Problem 2:
A 6 ft man walked from the base of a broadcasting tower directly toward the tip of the shadow cast by the towr. When 132 ft from the tower, his shadow started to appear beyond the tower's shadow. What is the height of the tower if he is 3 ft from the tip of the shadow?
Thank you for your help, we just started trigonometry in class this week and already it seems confusing. [/img]
