Question:
The shadow of a vertical tower is 40.6 meters long when the angle of elevation of the sun is 34.6 degrees. Find the height of the tower.
Can someone explain to me how to do this on the calculator. I know I am suppose to use the inverse tangent function on the calculator but I'm not sure how to.
Thanks.
