I'm sure this problem is simple but I have been racking my brain for about an hour and I could use some help. We have to integrate the below using the substiution u = tan(x) and I'm sure that you have to use some sort of trig identities to integrate.
Thanks in advance

use u = tan(x) to integrate

tan(x)^2 * sec(x)^4

Hints: If u = tan(x), then tan2(x) = u2 and du = sec2(x) dx. Also note that sec2(x) = 1 + tan2(x).
