trig: really needing a 'refresher' on how to work it out

Help! I am an adult student who hasn`t been in school for years. I am taking trig. and I forget how to work it out. I really need a refresher. I have the formulas and everything I just can`t seem to work it out. Please help me.

On what do you need a "refresher"? Since you're taking trig, I would guess that you are needing to be "refreshed" on previous material, such as algebra...?

It should be noted that we cannot reasonably attempt to teach (or re-teach) course material. If you are needing to relearn ("refresh") past content, you would probably do best to hire a local tutor, and work face-to-face for a few hours a week.
