Oye, I can do that "hard" one's that are worth more marks, but I can't figure out a simple question that is only worth one mark. Heh. That's me for ya =p

Anyways

The question is: given that sinA=.5395 and that angle A is an acute angle, what is A in radians?

And I don't know where to start...I know how to do it if it's something like how many radians is in 45º,240º, etc. But this im just like BAH. I feel like im missing something real important here. Heh.

I'd use a scientific calculator, or preferably a graphing calculator for which you can set the MODE to radians....then use 2nd or INV sin.

As in

2nd Sin 0.5395 [ENTER]
If you've got a graphing calculator set in radian mode, you'll get your answer. This isn't one of the "nice" angles, such as 45 degrees, etc.

Maybe I'm the one who is missing something here.....
