Single lines cannot form angles, so I don't know what you mean by "the angle of the hypotenuse".
Please clarify what you are looking at. Let's start by labelling. There are two legs and an hypotenuse. Name them with lower-case letters, and say what they are ("the hypotenuse is [insert letter], the base is [insert letter], and...). Common usage is then to name the angles opposite the sides with corresponding upper-case letter, so the angle opposite "a" would be called "A". Then state which named side has length 1, which side had "a point" "a little way up" (and from which named angle is it "a little way up" along that named side), and which angle has a measure of fifteen degrees.
