A diagram was not given. I really just need help solving d=tv......

If not a diagram, your problem requires context. Something must have been said (maybe in a previous problem, or just in the topic of the section in the book?) about what the problem is referring to.

Please tell us what you know about the situation being described. I would guess it is about a projectile, and that in addition to velocities and angles and d = tv, you also know something about acceleration. But that must be stated.
