Triangle constructions and proofs

Construct triangle ABC given the date b, c, and ha (h SUB a).
I know that I need to use propositions 2 and 10 in order to complete the proof, however I'm not sure how to complete this proof along with the construction

What methods of constructing triangles do you know? Can you draw a triangle and show the 3 segments you are given? What are the 2 propositions?

1. Not all books number their theorems the same way, so we need you to quote propositions 2 and 10 for us.
2. One way to start thinking about a construction problem is to sketch what it will look like when finished, and identify in it what is given. Then you can think about relationships that can allow you to do what you need to do. For example, if you just drew in h_a, what other part of the triangle could you draw?
