Three Easy (Rebus) Pieces

No idea for #1 or #3, but I'm pretty sure #2 is **holy mackerel**. Or else maybe **holy carp**, but the former seems much more likely.
 
Too early for hints, but, for those who don't recognize the guy in #3, it's President Clinton's Vice President.
 
Okay, so after giving #3 a lot more thought and conferring with a friend, I have a "punny" answer that I think might be the correct one. Is it Rational Gore ("Rash on Al Gore")?

Funny pun, but, alas, incorrect. Hints: The answer itself doesn't concern Al Gore, although it is a name, and you'll get the answer by speaking aloud what's depicted in the image.
 
Hint for #1: The answer doesn't concern driving, roads, vehicles, conveyances, or the like. The answer is a common request.

Hmm... I have another guess for #3. I don't think it's right though, because it relies on a very strange pronunciation of one of the words, almost as if the speaker has a southern drawl. ** Spotted owl **
