This word problem is driving me crazy

Jared only eats sandwiches from his favorite sandwich shop.
Here's the nutritional information for the 2 sandwiches he always eats:

Turkey- 4 grams of fat, 289 calories
Ham- 5 grams of fat, 302 calories

If his diet says he can only have 1471 calories and 22 grams of fat per day, how many of each sandwich can he eat?

1)identify the variable

2)system of equations

3)solution to the system

Please help
