/Phi is the flux form field. I know you can replace the integral over the surface with an integral over the ball radius r of the density form on div F, by the divergence theorem, and I've tried parameterizing the ball to evaluate the integral, but haven't had any luck.

Please show us what you have tries and where did you run out of luck - that will help us to begin to help you.
