What is the equilibrium point for the demand and supply functions

D(p)=(p-4)^2, 0<=p<=4

and

S(p)=p^2+2p+6

As of right now i have nothing to go on.

How is equilibrium point defined - wrt - demand and supply functions?

What I have written is the only information i was given in a study guide for a test. So if I know how to do that problem I know how to do the test. With only that information. I am stuck with the entire thing honestly.

I dont know what "-wrt-" means but if you are asking what or where are the demand and supply functions

Demand- D(p)=(p-4)^2, 0<=p<=4

Supply- S(p)=p^2+2p+6
