Use distributive property of multiplication toget
4 * (3 * n + 2) - 5 * (n +5)
= 12 * n + 8 - 5 * n - 5 * 5

In the future please state what you need done with the expression you post.
For example, are you supposed to find the value for the expression when n=7 or maybe when n=2. Possible Subhotosh Khan is correct and you need to simplify it.
