Yes, I believe so. FORTRAN is used at thousands of organizations (eg: FEMA, Federal Reserve, Aerospace & Aviation). After the 1990s, the name turnkey system seemed like a buzz-word, to me. But, a quick check shows that it's still used to describe a lot of dedicated or bundled setups (eg: a turnkey system for a contractor could be a setup that delivers pre-bundled construction supplies for an entire project at once).
