Tex changes?

I'm on vacation and decided to drop in to answer a couple of questions. Apparently the icon to enclose a tex phrase is missing?? Or is it just my old laptop? Surrounding the tex with $ signs doesn't work either. Am I missing something here? I find it burdensome to have to type [ tex] [ /tex] brackets around all math expressions.

Hi Kurtz. Try double dollar signs for inline mode. The new toolbar icon for display mode is f(x).

There's a thread on the News board with "LaTeX" in the title that lists the current tag options.

There's at least one thread on the Administration Issues board about forum changes that happened after a security update for Xenforo.
